At Prylox Play, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure you have a smooth experience with returns and refunds. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The product has not been tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • You have received the wrong product, or the product is defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that have been used or opened.

  • Products without a valid proof of purchase or receipt.

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos of the product.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  • You may be asked to return the product to the provided address. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made in cash, based on the original amount paid for the product at the time of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • If your return request is approved, you will be refunded in full.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. As we only offer Cash on Delivery, the refund will be made in cash at the time of product pick-up.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Prylox Play.

6. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

7. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

9. Order Confirmation and Refund Status
Once your return is processed, we will send you an email confirmation. You will also be notified when your refund has been issued or when your replacement order is on its way.
